Listing Content: When you create or import listings, we collect the photos you upload, item descriptions, pricing, condition details, and category information. Our AI features process this content to generate optimized listing descriptions for each marketplace.

Marketplace Account Credentials: To enable cross-listing, you may connect your accounts on third-party platforms such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Depop. We access these platforms on your behalf to publish and manage listings. Authentication is handled on-device where applicable.

Device Information: We collect basic device information including device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications and ensure app compatibility.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including listing activity, cross-listing actions, and feature usage, to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Agora cross-listing platform
• Create and manage your account
• Publish, update, and manage listings across connected marketplaces
• Power AI features including listing generation, description optimization, and pricing suggestions
• Send push notifications about listing status, sales activity, and app updates
• Monitor account health across connected platforms
• Improve and develop new features

3. Cross-Listing to Third-Party Platforms

Agora's core functionality involves publishing your listings to third-party marketplaces including eBay, Facebook Marketplace, and Depop. When you cross-list, your listing content (photos, descriptions, pricing) is transmitted to those platforms. Each platform's own privacy policy and terms of service govern their handling of your data. Cross-listing actions are always initiated by you.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-party marketplaces: Listing content is shared with platforms you choose to cross-list to, as described above.
• Service providers: We use third-party services to host our infrastructure and deliver push notifications. These providers only access data as needed to perform services on our behalf.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. On-Device Processing

Certain automation features run locally on your device to interact with marketplace platforms. This on-device processing means your marketplace session data, cookies, and browsing activity within these automations remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Listing history and transaction records may be retained for a reasonable period for business continuity and legal compliance.

You may:

• Access and update your account information within the app
• Disconnect third-party marketplace accounts at any time
• Delete your account by contacting us
• Opt out of push notifications through your device settings

9. Children's Privacy

Agora is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a user under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
